These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website and any purchase made from SPC Coatings LTD. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our site.

2. Pricing and VAT
All product prices shown on our website exclude VAT. VAT is calculated and added at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but will never affect orders already confirmed.
3. Payment
We accept the following payment methods:
- Visa (Credit & Debit)
- PayPal
All payments must be received in full before goods are dispatched.
4. UK Orders Only
We currently only accept and fulfil orders within the United Kingdom. Orders placed with international delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
5. Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a full refund.
6. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled prior to dispatch. You must contact our sales or accounts team to confirm cancellation. Once goods are shipped, the return policy applies.
7. Returns and Refunds
- You have the right to return products within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law.
- Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
- Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We do not accept returns of used or opened products, unless they are defective.
- Refunds will be issued once items are received and inspected.

8. Product Condition and Warranty
All products are brand new, unless explicitly stated otherwise by our staff prior to sale.
We do not offer warranties unless the item is proven faulty on arrival or covered by a manufacturer’s return policy.
9. Age Restrictions
Some of our products, particularly chemicals, may require age verification prior to sale. SPC Coatings LTD reserves the right to cancel orders where age verification is not completed.
10. Website Use and Intellectual Property
You are welcome to reuse product descriptions or images from our site for reference purposes. However, SPC Coatings LTD retains ownership of all site content unless otherwise noted.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or injury resulting from the improper use, installation, or storage of any item purchased from us.
All goods must be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidance and safety instructions.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
