At SPC Coatings LTD, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly, securely, and reliably across mainland UK. Please read the following details carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
We use trusted UK carriers, including DHL, DPD, Royal Mail, or other equivalent couriers. The choice of courier may vary without prior notice, but this will not affect shipping prices.
- Next Day Delivery: £6.99
- Free Standard Delivery: Available on orders over £250
All prices include VAT where applicable.
3. Delivery Area
We currently only deliver to mainland UK.
We do not ship to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, or international addresses at this time.
4. Tracking Information
All orders are shipped with full tracking.
Tracking details are sent automatically via email once your order has been dispatched.
5. Delivery Instructions
Customers may leave special delivery instructions during checkout.
Please note that deliveries do not require a signature unless requested or specified by the courier.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within 4–5 working days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

7. Missed Deliveries & Returns
If a delivery attempt is missed and the item is returned to us, we may charge a re-shipping fee. Please ensure that delivery details are correct at checkout.
