Key Features and Benefits
- Corrosion Protection & Adhesion: Offers high protection against corrosion and excellent adhesion, especially on non-ferrous metals. This makes it suitable for steel, aluminium, zinc, and GRP (glass fibre reinforced plastic).
- Versatile Application: This product combines the properties of both a filler and an adhesion primer, allowing it to be used as a primer before filling work or as a wet-on-wet filler.
- Durability: The formula is shock- and scratch-resistant, as well as highly resistant to weathering, chemicals, and mechanical strain, ensuring a long-lasting finish.
- Ease of Use: It has very good flow properties and can be applied via spraying, brushing, or rolling. It is also chromate-free for safer use.
- Recoatability: The filler is recoatable with polyester-based body fillers after forced drying (30 minutes at 60-80°C). It can be overcoated with a wide range of topcoat systems, including solvent- and water-based basecoats, 1K/2K topcoats, and 2K clearcoats
