Acid Etch Primer Grey 1L – Acid #8 1K (for Aluminium, Steel, Metal) U-POL UPOL
ACID#8 can be applied to the following surfaces:-
• Bare metal such as steel, zinc galvanised and aluminium
• Can be air dried or low baked
Available Colours • Grey
To achieve best results, good preparation is essential. Degrease with U-POL Precleaner
(S2000, S2001 or S2002). Abrade the surface.
Bare Metal (mild steel): abrade with P180 – P240
Aluminium and zinc coated steel: P180 – P240
Before applying primer, clean lightly once more with SYSTEM 20 Degreasers and dry
thoroughly.
